Root Remember & Release

Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go. It reminds us that letting go of what no longer serves us is a natural and even beautiful process. 

As we observe the trees around us and the leaves gently fluttering down to the ground, we are reminded that even in the midst of change and apparent endings, there is still joy and beauty to be found.

Join me to return to the natural rhythms of the body and the Earth. Surrounded by trees and birdsong, we gather to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with our inner landscape and ancestral roots.

On this day you’ll be gently guided through a blend of soulful practices including:

We will spend time outside regardless of the weather Cushions, blankets, hot drinks and snacks will await you.

Please bring your own lunch, warm and waterproof layers and anything else that would make you comfortable… and of course an open heart.
