In this 2 day non-residential immersive retreat, we will journey together into the subconscious to gently uncover those long held yearnings that have yet to find expression.
Over the course of the weekend, we’ll work through guided processes, to explore the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives that may be keeping you stuck or holding you back from what you truly want. We’ll also create space to reconnect with those parts of ourselves that have been overlooked or put aside.
The day will include:
Guided meditation
Medicine nature walks with
Shamanic practices including the creation of a “sand painting” (demo and individual practice)
Journeying with ancestors
Shared reflection and integration
A closing fire ceremony
The workshop is open to all- no prior experience is required- simply come with warm clothing and an open heart.
Food: hot drinks and light refreshments provided but please bring your own lunch.
